I love the connection between the mind, body, spirit, having experienced many years of self-development through personal experience and learning, from a background of gymnastics, dance, reiki and now yoga, I am now blessed to share this with you. I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, Meditation and Pranayama Teacher and Reiki Master Teacher.

I offer thorough, yet personalised yoga and reiki healing services, (group or 1:1) which are especially suited to those who are ready to take the next step towards health, happiness and inner wisdom. An accessible and fresh approach to cultivating a balanced personal lifestyle through yoga, reiki, meditation and pranayama.

Yoga Themes

I try to introduce a different theme each month into my yoga classes. Yoga classes are amazing when we begin to see a transformation in our body, whether physical (strength, posture, flexibility), or, a transformation in our life through spiritual thoughts such as forgiveness or acceptance.  When our theme engages our mind as well as a body, this is where yoga comes together, encompassing asana with pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation or relaxation.
